Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Leru Health at https://leru.health (the "Service"), operated by DigiBroz (Pty) Ltd ("DigiBroz", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails from us (such as billing and account notices). We will only send marketing communications if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in the email.
Parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You are billed in advance on a recurring basis (the "Billing Cycle"), either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless you or we cancel it.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. You must provide accurate, current billing information. By submitting payment details, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your Subscription.
We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). If billing information is collected at sign-up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial ends. Unless you cancel before then, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fee when the Free Trial expires. We may modify or cancel a Free Trial offer at any time, without notice.
We may change Subscription fees. Any fee change takes effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle, and we will give you reasonable prior notice so you can cancel before the new fee applies. Continuing to use the Service after a fee change takes effect means you accept the new fee.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service may let you post, store, or share information, text, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for your Content and for having the rights to post it. You retain ownership of your Content, and grant us the license needed to host, display, and operate the Service using it. We may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for a breach of these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your Content) are and remain the exclusive property of DigiBroz and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Review the terms of any third-party site before using it.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, including for a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your Subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiBroz and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
